Q. Is there a minimum quantity for a customer light box with my logo or message?
A.
Yes, The light boxes with screen-printed graphics has a minimum order quantity of 25 units. The light boxes with digital/transparency printed panels there is a minimum of 10 units.

Q. How long will it take to get my light boxes once I order?
A.
Once the artwork has been approved, Tec Art will provide you a timeframe based material availabilty and order volume.

Q. What is your warranty?
A.
Tec Art warrants that our products will conform to the manufacturer's specifications and be free from defects in the workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Should the product prove to be defective during this period product should be shipped to Tec Art. Tec Art will, at its option, repair or replace on an exchange basis the defective unit, without charge for parts or labor.

Q. Can you drop ship?
A.
Yes, Tec Art will be more than happy to direct ship your order to as many locations as your company needs. Speak to you sales associate for additional information.

Q. What do I need to do to provide Tec Art with my artwork?
A.
The information on artwork and formats that are acceptable can be found on the product information link under artwork requirements (link is at the bottom of this page).

Q. If I have my own artwork can I purchase just your light boxes?
A.
Yes, Tec Art will gladly sell you light boxes only. Please contact a Tec Art sales associate for more information.

Q. Do you manufacture outdoor signs?
A.
No, at this time Tec Art does not manufacturer outdoor signs. However Tec Art is one of the larger suppliers of banners, interior signage, poster frames, poster stands and much more in the POP industry.

Q. Can I have the light boxes my company purchases wired for European use?
A.
Yes, Tec Art offers an option to wire any of our light boxes for 220 volts, just discuss this option with one of our sale associates.

Q. Do you have a catalog?

TecArt has a complete full-line catalog featuring our entire line of standard and custom products, talk to your sales associate to have one sent to your company or business. However, since our product line is constantly being updated to bring you, our Customer, the latest technologies and new product ideas, the best place to view all of our extensive line of Branding and Point of Purchase materials is our web site. We have even included a tab named WHAT'S NEW to highlight the most recent additions to our product line.

Q. Can Tec Art create my artwork?
A.
It is Tec Art's practice that the customer must submit all artwork. For information on how to submit your artwork and what formats are acceptable please click on the artwork requirements link.

Q. Does Tec Art offer warehousing or fulfillment programs?
A.
Yes, Tec Art does offer dealer fulfillment programs for an additional cost. These options can be discussed with your sales associate.

Q. Are custom sizes available in your signs?
A.
Most of our products can be made in custom sizes, however these usually involve minimum order quantities. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs with one of our sales consultants.
