SALES ACCOUNT MANAGERS WANTED

Tec Art Industries, a leading manufacturer of marketing/point of purchase materials, is looking for an Impact Player to join our sales team. Tec Art Industries is a preferred partner with many Fortune 500 companies and operates on a national level in our business. We are seeking a high-energy, self motivated individual with a proven track record in sales to be a part of our growing team.

Successful Salespeople at Tec Art Industries:
        o Utilize a consultative selling approach which focuses on understanding their customers' needs and being
             creative in providing solutions.
        o Spend time understanding the environments that our products are used in for each their customers and utilize
             that knowledge to help develop product offerings that maximize their customers' marketing dollars.
        o Manage existing customers to grow our business with them and become the go-to resource for all of their
             point of purchase materials.
        o Consistently prospect for and develop new customers through cold calling and attending trade shows.
        o Impress their customers with new ideas, innovative solutions and a positive, can-do attitude.
        o Have great interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with others and build strong relationships.

Earn a great income! Our compensation plan includes commission with draw. Without a cap on commissions, your income is only limited by your drive and ambition. Our top performers earn a six figure income.

REQUIREMENTS:
         At least 3 years of sales experience selling business to business.
         Great interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with others and build strong relationships.
         Background in inbound and outbound call prospecting including experience in cold calling.
         Excellent track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals.
         Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience utilizing sales contact management software
           such as Goldmine is a plus.
         Background selling point of purchase or other merchandising materials is a significant plus.
