SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Successful Salespeople at Tec Art: Utilize a consultative selling approach which focuses on understanding their customers’ needs and being creative in providing solutions. Spend time understanding the environments that our products are used in for each of their customers and utilize that to help develop product offerings that maximize their customer’s marketing dollars. Manage existing customers to grow our business with them and become the go-to resource for all of their point of purchase materials. Consistently prospect for and develop new customers through cold calling and attending trade shows. Impress their customers with new ideas, innovative solutions and a positive, can-do attitude. Qualifications and Background Requirements: At least 3 years of sales experience selling business to business. College degree is preferred. Great interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with others and build strong relationships. Background in inbound and outbound call prospecting including experience in cold calling. Excellent track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals. Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience utilizing sales contact management software such as Goldmine is a plus. Background selling point of purchase or other merchandising materials is a significant plus.
